Examining the benefits of a designer community membership

[Irenekbug]

Start by examining the registration page and the conditions that new members must accept before applying. Many people skip that step and later wonder why their application was declined.

When you know what kind of work gets featured, hand-pick a few samples instead of uploading everything you have. Inconsistent presentation hurts far more than having fewer items in your profile.

A scattered first impression usually comes from combining too many different visual approaches in the preview area. Make the top of your page immediately clear, so visitors can tell what you do without scrolling.

Before submitting, check every image for broken crops, missing previews, and color profiles that shift on other screens. Remove phone screenshots with status bars, and clean up stray margins or accidental lens flares. Such micro-errors change how generous a visitor is with the rest of your work.
